Freelance Services, Rates, and My Work Process

Had a blast at a picnic with my coworkers. Fresh air, delicious food, and good company — it was the perfect fun day!

Throughout my career journey, I did so much writing work on a professional and personal basis that my interest developed in writing every day more and more.

Later on, I realized that I was much more involved in writing — I wrote about professional and personal life challenges. I curated social media marketing posts, wrote SaaS product blogs, created high-converting landing pages, and refreshed existing content. I also did copy editing to humanize AI content.

I am now a full-time freelancer working as a Blog Writer & Copywriter for SaaS product-led businesses. I utilize my practical experience and skills in managing successful content creation, developing digital resources, and bringing more traffic to the content. My focus is to produce engaging and value-added perspective write-ups for the target readers!

My Services & Rates

Here’s everything you want to know about my rates and pricing (but didn’t know how to ask).

  • Blog Posts (Up to 1200 words for $150) — In-depth listicles and tech guides with sourced images to walk readers through the whole process and add value to your content.
  • Landing Page (Up to 1000 words for $200) — Write a well-researched page to convert visitors into your customers.
  • Content Existing Refresh (Up to 1200 words for $150) — Fact-check and update existing content to add credibility to your blog posts.
  • Copy Editing (Up to 1200 words for $150) — Add personality and humanize AI content to increase engagement on your post.
  • Ghostwriting (Up to 1200 words for $150 plus 20% additional fee) — I do offer ghostwriting services, but there is a 10% additional fee added to these types of assignments due to the fact that I don’t get the opportunity to build my domain authority.

I'm open to negotiation, but every project quote is value-based. Translation? You’re paying for the value of the finished product, not the time spent producing it. My charges include time for research, basic SEO keyword integration & formatting, images, screenshots, use cases, and relevant examples.

So, if your focus is to get amazing results, you’re at the right place!

My Work Process for New Clients

Every new client follows this process:

  1. You'll assign me a topic and fill out a writing brief that will guide my outline.
  2. I'll look into your brief, inform you if it's doable, and send you an invoice for the upfront payment for the research and outline work. Generally, I charge 10% of the total estimated amount.
  3. Once I receive the payment, I'll complete and send over the outline with the estimated word count and price.
  4. You'll hop into Google Docs and write comments or notes before I began writing.
  5. I'll write a first draft in 5 business days and send it to you for review.
  6. You'll leave edits in the draft, and I'll come back and make those edits within 1-2 business days.
  7. We'll sign off on final approval, and I'll send over the invoice for the balance to be paid for the article.

For smaller projects, I might get it done before you can even ask how things are going. I never want you to have to “check up on me”. My goal is to keep you informed of where I’m at every 3 days via email.

Once the final product is delivered, I’ll ask you to complete an exit question survey or you can simply drop your recommendation on my LinkedIn profile.
